In this update, we’re excited to share several notable improvements and bug fixes that enhance functionality.
Missed Column for Completion Status Reports
We’ve updated the “missed” column in the completion status report, which now includes not just expired or overdue submissions but also all incomplete/pending submissions. This gives a clearer and more comprehensive view of report completion rates, allowing teams to track progress in real-time more effectively.
Greyed-out Inputs for Used Formulas
When working in the form editor, inputs that have been referenced in formulas will now appear greyed out. This visual cue helps avoid redundant use of inputs or accidental overwrites, improving workflow efficiency.
Requiring Approval Tasks
Tasks requiring approval will now be automatically moved to the top of the task list. This prioritization ensures critical tasks are more visible, enhancing productivity and preventing delays in approvals.
Roles Pages Rework and Permissions Fix
We’ve revamped the Roles Pages and addressed a critical issue where owners could mistakenly remove permissions from the owner role, which would break access controls.
Deleting Assignment Confirmation
To prevent accidental deletions, a confirmation prompt now appears before deleting an assignment.
End Recurring Assignments
Users can now end recurring assignments without having to delete them outright. This is especially useful for scheduled tasks, with the ability to specify due times for daily or weekly recurrences.
Multiple Records on Double Click
We’ve fixed the issue where multiple records were created if the user double-clicked the save button, ensuring no duplicate entries.
Fixed Duplicate Email Notifications For Form Submissions
To avoid duplication, we’ve refined our notification system so that users won’t receive two email notifications if “BOTH” options (submission answers embedded in emails and notifications enabled) are active.
Approval Team Handling
When deleting an approval team, the system now intelligently merges approval teams and updates pending submissions to reflect this change. If no approval teams remain, all submissions are automatically marked as complete.
PDF Export Attachments Merging
Exporting PDFs with form submissions now merges all attachments, offering a cleaner, more organized file output for easier review.
