This release brings major improvements to form management and user experience. Key highlights include the ability to add attachments to form questions, streamlined bulk operations for form settings and submissions, and enhanced visibility of form access across users and roles. We've also resolved the critical white screen issue affecting some users.

• Form Question Attachments: Questions can now include file attachments that users can view or download while filling out forms, enabling better context and additional information delivery

• Organization Search: Completely revamped Hierarchy view search functionality

• Improved Searching: Search bars were added to help you quickly find what you need

• Default Email Notifications: Accounts now have email notifications enabled by default. You can turn this off in your profile by unchecking the "Email Notifications".

🐛 Bug Fixes

• White Screen Resolution: Fixed critical white screen issue by removing conditional route rendering

• Input Deletion Safety: Added confirmation alert before permanently deleting form inputs

• Video Select Crashing: Fixed a bug where certain devices would crash when trying to take a video while filling out a form

• Approval Hierarchy Permission Fix: Resolved critical permission issue where submitters couldn't view form submissions from users higher in the hierarchy
