Conditionals Auto Deleted

Hi,

I was working on a form that has many conditional questions with multiple choice boxes. I started using the calculator to add up all the scoring for the conditional questions. As soon I was done, I hit save draft to save my progess. I went back to editing before I realized that every single multiple choice box under a conditional was gone. I’m talking about 50 boxes that just disappeared. I know for a fact I did not go in and remove any of these myself.
