Denise Alexander- Unable to set up as employee

Denise worked for a different Papa Johns Franchise with Workwizard.

When I try to add her to 4 stores, it says she already exits but doesn’t show as an employee in the list. I was trying to set her up at 5374, 2817, 2179, and 2795. I was putting her user as Denise5374 at 5374 and so on. I was changing her user to correspond with store. Can you please help?
